- Preparing necessary and relevant documents for the creation of security by Companies in favor of Banks when Debentures / Bonds are issued by the Companies, securitization of receivables of various Finance Companies.
- Drafting and registration of various deeds like Partnership Deed, Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Power Attorney and Legal Scrutiny Reports of Title Deeds.
- Successfully representing reputed Corporate clients before the High Court for matters relating to Company Law,Labour Law, Writ Petitions, before the Company Law Board at Chennai, before Securities and Exchange Board (SEBI) at Mumbai.
- Matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (a Tribunal set up for the recovery of debts due to banks and financial institutions), successfully filing complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, appearing before the State Consumer Commission and the District Consumer Forum, and other types of litigations.
